Folk Art Designs

Introducing a series of adaptations of Wilson & Wilson’s original Folk Art paintings. The Stitchworks is pleased to have been selected as the exclusive licensee for the needleart adaptations of the unique artwork of Blakely and Sylvia Wilson.

The second in the series is “Good Night, Sleep Tight” – whimsical cows with quilts on their backs, summer meadows and cats everywhere! You will love the depth, folksy designs and solid stitching. The design can be done as one large picture or as a smaller picture - and a separate cow can be stitched. Charts for all three designs are included in the package.

The first in the series is “Snowmen Buddies”. The newest is“Here Comes Santa” and “The Beets of my Heart...”

Blakely Wilson developed her unique style by sitting at her mother’s side as she painted. Through the years a partnership developed. Today Blakely paints in her gallery in the enchanting town of Eureka Springs, Arkansas - where cobblestone streets wind up and around Victorian homes and gardens.
